I want you all to know how impressed I have been you guys as a management company in the 2 years I’ve lived in a property managed by yourselves. You’ve had some challenges to deal with, from residents choosing to through rubbish from their windows rather than put it in a bin, to inordinate levels of fly tipping around the binstore. You’ve done an amazing job of tackling these issues and reducing the impact on those of us who live like civilised people.
On top of this any issues or queries I’ve reported have always been dealt with quickly. And always with a friendly manner.

Our previous management company charged ridiculously high fees and had terrible customer service. Half the time they weren’t even there! Regency offer competitive fees and are quick to respond and update residents in my block. I would say that this is the best property management company we have ever had! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
This company has maintained my flat for the last 13 years and I can honestly say they have been great. The maintenance fee did not increase for the first 5/6 years but you cannot expect to have the blocks/bin sheds/ window frames treated and painted without having to pay a little extra. Whenever I have called them with a problem it has been looked into and resolved and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.

I would commend Regency as our estate management company of choice for approximately the past 8 years. Delivering high levels of customer service, they are client orientated, polite and professional. They respond to issues quickly and proactively, resolving them in an expedient manner as required and keeping customers informed and updated on matters of interest/importance.
