From locksmiths and electricians to surveyors and fire risk assessors, we have an established, comprehensive network of contractors to help maximise efficiency and ensure that we maintain the industry’s highest standards and code of practice.
With over 45 years of experience in the property industry, our Customer Services Advisers are available between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be contacted via phone, email or post to ensure that we can service all of our clients. All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
We do not use 'call queuing' systems and each call is answered by a knowledgeable adviser who has access to other specialists within the organisation.
