About Us

Established in 2002, Regency Estate Management continues to provide high-quality property management services to Residents' Management Companies and Residents' Associations throughout London and South East England

Over the last seventeen years, we have established a proven track record and pride ourselves on providing one of the most personal and professional property management services available.


Our membership with some of the industry's leading professional bodies [see bottom of page] and management of large-scale developments, some for almost 15 years, is a testament to the principles that we uphold and our ability to provide an upstanding property management service.

From locksmiths and electricians to surveyors and fire risk assessors, we have an established, comprehensive network of contractors to help maximise efficiency and ensure that we maintain the industry’s highest standards and code of practice.

With over 45 years of experience in the property industry, our Customer Services Advisers are available between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be contacted via phone, email or post to ensure that we can service all of our clients. All calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.


We do not use 'call queuing' systems and each call is answered by a knowledgeable adviser who has access to other specialists within the organisation. On occasions whereby problems or issues arise, you can be assured that Regency Estate Management will manage the situation efficiently, pragmatically and with the utmost professionalism.
