4. Complaints Procedure
We endeavour to answer and/or solve any questions, queries, or problems within 14 days. If tasks take longer than expected to be completed, the job at hand may rest on a number of dependencies involving Leaseholders, Tenants and/or Contractors. If you're unhappy with the services that we provide, please first give us a chance to put things right.
If it transpires that you still don't believe we are adhering to our responsibility as your property management company, to ensure that we maintain the industry’s highest standards and code of practice we are proud members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
